  • Dutch "Deal or No Deal" Site Now Open
    Friday, August 25, 2006
It's weird that all of a sudden, people are modeling their editions of "Deal or No Deal" after the USA in some way. The Netherlands begins their new daily edition of "Deal or No Deal", with a US looking logo, with host Beau Erven Dorens sees player face the Banker for a chance at 250,000 euro. On the site, you can see some pictures of the set also, which is quite cool to be honest. Be sure to check out the live feed of the show if it's still active. As of now, we have no reason to believe "Miljoenenjacht" is gone for good.

What country exactly produced the logo and music we are currently using here in the states. I presumed it was us, but SO MANY international formats are using either the logo, music, or both and now i just cant figure it out.

Actually, we are completely original. We did not copy a single thing, beyond gameplay, to the USA. I think it's funny, not necessarily a good thing that everyone is copying the US in some way now. One of the main things I loved about DoNd was each country had originality.

I see. Yeah, although millionaire had good continuity around the board, this is a sort of show tweaked for each international market and works well- so i agree with you. Thanks for the input. By the way, I really love the site since Ihave come across it. Great job- thanks for all the updates!
